Notices are sent out periodically with concerns of usage of your Ameridoc access. If your are not using the program over a certain amount of time an email or representative will call for any concerns or questions the customer may have. Just to make sure the customer is getting everything they want out of the program.

All consultations are free with unlimited consultation time and unlimited consultations

Id cards are sent out to all customers after purchase

During your initial sign up process you will be asked to describe in full detail any and all of your medical background. As nobody is excluded for previous conditions.

During your initial sign up process under the family plan you will be asked to give all of your dependents, as well as disclose all information about that particular dependant.

There are no caps put out on the number of dependents on the family plan. Other family members besides the immediate family are excluded. (For example: Aunts and uncles living with the family are excluded)

Oklahoma is an excluded state. This is the only state that does not allow medicine’s to be prescribed over the phone.

No narcotics or DEA restricted prescription drugs.

No previous doctor needed.

When calling in for concerns a customer service representative calls within 3 to 4 minutes to get a brief summary over your current situation or concerns.

A User name and password will be set up for the customer’s personal internet access at Ameridoc’s home page- Access to update your file at any time like updating medical history, new prescriptions that are being taken, or to see what previous diagnoses they have had from there Ameridoc doctor are all recorded.

All phone calls are recorded and will be posted on the customer’s login site for there immediate access.
No age cap, but some doctors are skeptical on prescribing medication for newborns. In most cases they will be asked to see there local pediatrician. Although it is in there best interest to call in and get pointed in the right direction for any concerns.

There will not be prescribed pain medication for bumps and bruises. i.e. (sprained ligaments, jammed fingers, smashed toes, pulled muscles, etc.)

No citizen ship required.
Prescription refills can be taken care of even if they have been prescribed by there own or another doctor.

The option for annually or bi annually payments are available, month to month drafts are recommended unless there are financial problems arise during a certain time.
Bank draft payment option is recommended although not necessary.

All consultations are taken into full account, and your Ameridoc doctor is liable for any medications that are prescribed. If there are conflicts then the customer may be asked to consult with a local physician, If the doctor feels like medications are not needed or certain products are to strong for example, then the doctor will not prescribe the medication and will ask you to see a local physician if conflicts continue. If you do have a local doctor then your pharmacy as well as your Ameridoc doctor will be aware of your all of your medical information.
